Merry Christmas from the Fluency Team

A short thanks for-the-year to the best customers ever.

Hi,

As the year closes, thanks for building with us. Hopefully you’re spending time with family and not thinking about SOPs or AI roadmaps.

Working closely with customers this year, one thing became clear fast: the hard part of AI in the enterprise isn’t building agents, that's actually easy. It’s context. The real work lives in exceptions, handoffs, judgment calls, and the small decisions that never make it into documentation.

Fluency is built for this, and is the first of its kind.

This year we opened a second office in San Francisco, shipped hundreds of improvements, and released our flagship product into production. Fluency now maps how work actually happens across an organization, in real time, and updates as that work changes. Teams are using this to spot high-leverage AI opportunities, measure real ROI on transformation, and give agents the same context as their best operators.

What comes next matters more. As Fluency understands how work happens, it can start handling that work itself: edge cases, decision logic, change over time. It will start to simulate your business for you, giving best path to process, transformation, and decision-making.

We don’t believe people should spend their time on repetitive operational work. The ideal Fluency world is that we handle all the boring, BAU work that bogs you down. We believe people should work on the most interesting, most complex problems possible.

Thanks for trusting us this year. 2026 will be the biggest yet.
